Can't get kiss4lin to work with kernel 2.6.9-mm1 - ID: 1058483

Program exits with same error for every file I try to access, with
following output.
Connection Established
KiSS Closed Connection
accept: Invalid argument
recv: Bad file descriptor
Connection Established
