In football, bold teams are raised - ID: 1026959

On my system (Panther 10.3.5, Watson 1.7.5, Football 1.1.8), the
winning teams, which are bold, are raised a few pixels; they are
thus higher by a few pixels than the losing opponent. I noticed the
nonbold font looks like LucidaGrande.dfont, but the bold looks
more like Arial or Helvetica.
