After creating a report, when the program attempts to
Zip the file for transmission it locks up.
This is repeatable.
Work around: This occurs only when the program is
started form the shortcut icon on the desktop created
when the program is installed. Clicking on the run
batch file in the program directory starts the program
and allows it to function normally, xipping and sending
the report without problem.
