I've run the validator... this doesn't seem like too lofty a challenge, particularly since I used the Mozilla composer to last update the files, which fixed most of the non-compliance issues.

Made redirects from /README.html to /docs/README.html So all we need now are a list of new features (which should be provided by brad -- since he is writting the release note stuff).
