VOCP System

I have decided to split off VOCPhax.pl from VOCP (but
it will always work as a drop-in replacement or
addition for 0.9.3). Previews are available on

A lot has changed - much of it not directly visible.
All the
data structures are organized. The program automatically
scales as much as possible - it adapts to your screen
resolution.

Sources will be made available under a new sf.net
project but a link will be posted here. VOCP will not
need to be installed.
The configuration/troubleshooter (part of this package)
will be useful for VOCP because it will check all of
the same directories that VOCP uses and tell you what's
wrong where.
