5 AppDirs starting with "!" sorted first - ID: 962228

Details:

If the option "Directories come first" is enabled, then
AppDirs come in the normal sorting order after those
directories.

This patch allows special cases - if an AppDir name
starts with an exclamation mark ("!"), then it will be
sorted before directories if "directories come first"
is enabled.

This is intended for special cases only, and not for
general use; however a ROX-based OS may, say want the
main AppDir driving the system to be called "/!System",
so now it'll always come first in a filer window on /.

Why would you want System to appear before other apps anyway, even if you did have other applications at the top-level (which normally you wouldn't)?
