Software Process Dashboard

When you use the Metrics Framework Editor to define a custom metrics
collection framework, it allows you to attach a numerical version number to
your process definition. In fact, when you make structural modifications
to a process, it encourages you to increment the version number by 0.1.

Unfortunately, version 1.8 is rejecting metrics frameworks unless their
version number is an integer.

I'm marking this defect as a lower priority, because the number of teams
that use the custom metrics framework editor is fairly small.

A simple fix is available for this defect. Teams that are affected can:

(a) contact the process dashboard development team for an updated build, or


(b) obtain the latest source code from svn and build manually
