Details:

Support for a set of keywords that may automatically be
replaced jalopy when updating header and footers, like:

$filepath$ will be replaced by the complete
accespath to the file jalopy is currently working with.

$filename$ will be replaced by the basename of the
file jalopy is currently working with.
