MiKTeX

When running makeinfo I get error message, that commands abbr and
textdegree and not defined.
These commands are defined in current texinfo.tex version 2007-09-03.05.
MiKTeX 2.8 ships with version 2007-06-20.13.

So could you update texinfo.tex to current version?

(I tried to replace texinfo.tex in my local path, but the new file is not
used.)
