Add the ability to choose our own GDB file. Because when working on a remote target most of the time we need a cross-compiler, so a cross platform GDB is also used.

I would like the ability to choose that GDB, and the ability to "target remote [target IP]:[port]" that device as well. Since that device is running the gdbserver, it would be a great feature to have, just like many IDE already support (Slickedit for instance)

Support for GeanyGDB has been discontinued. I'd recommend to have a look at
the Debugger plugin instead:
