Since the update from 1.4.20 to 1.4.22 the build in Plugin filters does not work anymore. All my messages are unfilterd and even if I recreate filters in the option filter setting, they are not applied to the messages anymore. This is annoying. I used this feature a lot to keep my inbox clean.
