5 Cannot reassign a topic to a different project - ID: 865982

Sometimes topics may be assigned to the wrong project.
If comments have been made, it is painful to delete the
topic and create a new one, and then reenter the
comments.

As it stands, one cannot reassign a topic to a different
project. This is a requirements-level bug.

This has been fixed in CVS, and will be released in the
upcoming 1.8.0 release.
