wp0.71 gold, wp0.72 gold: more and nextpage button

In the support forums there is a thread talking about a
wish to have buttons for the "more" and "nextpage"
quicktags (see: http://wordpress.org/support/5/180 ).

My patch provides those buttons as wished. It is
available for WordPress 0.71 Gold and WordPress 0.72
Gold. Both patches are attached.
