5 Ability to add a general comment - ID: 652378

Right now, each comment is associated with a line
number. I'd like a way to make a general comment about
the code, such as "It all looks good to me", or "Change
spacing in
all lines".

This has been committed into CVS. You now have the ability
to add a comment associated with a file, or with a topic,
via some new links on the page.

I vote for this too. What I have found myself doing is adding
a general comment to line 1 of the file, and changing the
state to Invalid. That is a kluge and this suggestion seems
like a better way.
