1 Force a newline after last line - ID: 589696

Details:

I prefer to have a single blank line at the end of the
file. There are occassionally problems with text
formatters and processors on various platforms when the
last line of a file doesn't end with a newline.

I would just force the newline, but an option to do
this would be fine also.
