OpenCyc

I have installed v 0.6.0b and it appears to be
running fine, the tests outlined in the readme file
work.
I cannot access the page specified in the readme
file with my local browser. I cannot even get a
response on port 3602 or 3600 in the browser.
I am pretty sure it is not a conflict on my machine
(running redhat7.2) as apache server works fine.
A scan of my machine shows these ports are not
open but I am clueless as to what to do next.
