if there is a ? character in the pathname, cntrl-click on the titlebar (to view file in finder)
to fail. It just does nothing. Apparently, its not being quoted properly somewhere.

1. I don't see this problem.
2. Even so, this is 100% Apple's responsibility, this is part of the system
frameworks.
