5 Plugin Manager: respect min jedit version - ID: 3579939

I was running jedit 4.3.3 and trying to install CommonControls.
Plugin Manager shows me CommonControls 1.5 even though I am not running the min version of jEdit required for that version of CommonControls.

Why isn't plugin manager showing/installing for me CommonControls 1.3 which has the correct minimum jedit version and is exposed as a branch for 4.3.x?

I realize this is perhaps a bug that was fixed in jEdit trunk, but how to test for it?
We may need to create some dummy plugin versions for testing.

seems to be fixed in current versions of jedit. unable to reproduce.
