WhiteSpace ProjectViewer OptionPane for on-save actions - ID: 3576966

It would be nice if for some projects, I had whitespace doing some on save actions but for other
projects, it should just not do anything.
simple feature: request 1 checkbox "disable whitespace plugin" for this project.
Less simple: have a bunch of "on save actions" options in that option pane that override the general whitespace options. but that is perhaps not necessary.
