3 configure doesn't handle missing Vala compiler - ID: 3561872

The configure script detects that the Vala compiler missing:
> checking for valac... no
> configure: WARNING: No Vala compiler found. You will not be able to compile .vala source files.

but it doesn't set the variables accordingly, so the final report prints:
> Build with custom actions support (requires Vala): yes

and then make fails:
> rm -f libfmactions_la_vala.stamp && echo stamp > libfmactions_la_vala.stamp-t
> CDPATH="${ZSH_VERSION+.}:" && cd . && --thread --vapidir=./../vapi --pkg gio-2.0 --pkg posix --pkg libfm --vapi ./../vapi/fm-actions.vapi --header fm-actions.h -C action.vala condition.vala profile.vala parameters.vala utils.vala
> /bin/bash: --thread: command not found
> make[4]: *** [libfmactions_la_vala.stamp] Error 127

We hope this issue is completely fixed in the Git repository recently.
Check it out when it's possible for you and if the bug still exists then
reopen the report, please.
