OpenBiblio

In 0.7.1 the new getText-variables are designed to show the correct text and not like a variable. Because of that you don't need this variables in the english locale-files. But because of that, all translators of the project have problems to find all this variables (they have to search in all openbiblio-files).
I searched for all this parts and put them all in this english locale-files, so it's a better template for all translators of openbiblio (there are also the variables from my locale-patch in it)
