5 not able to run install.pl - ID: 3476505

I am getting following error while running install.pl in my Linux environment.

make: *** [test_dynamic] Error 2
/usr/bin/make test -- NOT OK
Running make install
make test had returned bad status, won't install without force


Failed to install module: DBD::Oracle.
Try to install this module manually, and run this script again.

My OS has perl with 5.8.8 version, and I am pointing to Oracle database.

I got an update for my earlier post saying force install. I am NOT sure how to install it forcibly.
