It seems to me that it is fully software problem. But I can't find it yet.
FleetButton naming and counting looks good - could it be a problem with
GG/boost/ogre ? As I could see, textures are loaded via boost and GG, but
it could be a problem in ClientUI.cpp, which uses boost...

I'll try to be more specific and re-uploaded screenshot parts that are
specific to a problem.
There's one fleet at Hoyle (on screenshots), holding one ship.
when size_type == FleetButton::FLEET_BUTTON_TINY all fleet buttons look OK
- and we see tiny-fleet.png as texture for one-ship fleet. But when I zoom
in and size_type for FleetButton becomes other than TINY - I get
sml-tail-6.png or med-tail-3.png as FleetSizeIcon. Something went wrong in
FleetSizeIcon or FleetSizeIconNumber - so now I try to trace things out =)
Of course, it's the latest 4468 subversion revision.

I can't reproduce this problem. I may not understand the point though, so
could you be more specific / post example images?
