The ordering is wrong using cs_Cz (it is OK using fr_FR). When you go in /etc/, chatscripts, chromium, and chromium-browser are after gtk-2.0.

I don't think it's our bug.
try this:
LC_ALL=cs_CZ ls | less
and then you'll see the same result.
I've tested this with glibc strcoll() and the glib API g_utf8_collate() and
all of them yielded the same result. Nautilus also does it this way.
If this sorting is incorrect, please file bug reports to glib and GNU
glibc.
Basically it's not our bug.
