The project hasn't seen any activity for a while. I'm sure many people would be wondering about the future of py2exe, for Python 2.7 and 3.x support and further development in general.
It could be good to update the web site with a project roadmap, or at least a notice about intentions for future development. If current maintainers are unable to devote time to it, that could be worth saying so that other interested people might be able to step up to the role of maintainer.
