No email address was entered during state change to Approved

I have looked at all the Codestriker bugs and did not see anything like this.

A reviewer was trying to change the state of the topic from Open to Approved gets the error message "No email address was entered".

As far as we can determine, the reviwer has his/her email entered at the point of trying to change state from Open to Approved.

This has happened to four reviewers now.

None of these reviewers can Approve topics going forwards, no matter what the topic.

The workaround we have found is to add another reviewer who then Approves the topic.

We are using Linux (RedHat Enterprise 4.3), MySQL (4.1.12), Apache (2.0.52), Codestriker (1.9.2), our bug tracking system is a highly customized version of GNATS, our CM system is a very old version of cvs.
