5 Fix jde-xref-display-call-tree for emacs-23 - ID: 2907577

In emacs-23 (tested in 23.1), the tree-widget has obsoleted :dynargs in favor of :expander. As a result the call tree functionality is broken. The patch fixes the issue.
Applies to 2.4.0 branch.
