Plugin for Sun MQ - ID: 2876944

This plugin has been tested with Sun MQ 4.2. I expect it works with other
versions and maybe even OpenMQ.
- Build it with hermes.jar in the classpath
- Pack into a jar named hermes-imq.jar
- Put the jar in lib.weaved/
- The hermes/impl/confighelper.properties file must put in the classpath
before hermes.jar. E.g. by putting the hermes-imq jar in the classpath
before hermes.jar.
