open images from toolbar generates error - ID: 2861545

How to reproduce
1. go to http://img0.gmodules.com/ig/images/v2/ico_sprite_classic.gif
2. click on VSW toolbar icon, no matter editor configuration but at least
one editor must be set
3. an error occurs and open fails
Opening image from context menu works fine
