5 "unable to find file svm.dll" - ID: 2849432

Dr Sr,
I already installed file "clisp-2.48-win32-mingw-big" on a machine running Windows Vista Business 32 bit version, and when I try to run the program I get the message "unable to find file svm.dll".

Any suggestions?
