Support Informix without Schemas - ID: 2828474

The drivers for some older databases (such as Informix) don't support the concept of schemas in the way that SchemaSpy requires. The issue with Informix is that the DatabaseMetaData.supportsSchemasInTableDefinitions() call returns true when in fact it really doesn't support the concept.
This feature request is to allow the user to explicitly specify that the database does not understand schemas so that SchemaSpy can work with those types of databases.
