Tray icon is not shown by default - ID: 2145527

If the configuration tool has not been run, there are no settings in the
registry, and the system tray icon is not shown, even though it defaults to
"enabled" in the configuration tool.
Workaround: run the configuration tool to create the appropriate registry
value.
