Can you try using 1.9.7-rc2 which has just been released?

I also wonder if using Perl 5.8 or 5.10 might be worth a try. I don't have
IIS handy, so I can't test this myself I am afraid.

We're using MS IIS with the perl version described in the installation
manual.

This also works fine for me - I can only guess it is some apache specific
config which might be stuffing this up. Can you email me your apache and
codestriker.conf file?
