I am getting an error during a submit of a new topic. The error was from /var/www/codestriker/codestriker-1.9.4/lib/Codestriker/Repository/Subversion.pm line 150-ish(?) complaining of:

Inappropriate IOCTL for device

Try this with 1.9.6 - I don't believe this occurs in this release, as
different (fatal) implementations of open are used, which call die
automatically if they fail.
