5 fixes to the jde-junit module - ID: 1998459

fixed the jde-junit-get-testee-name to work with classes like XXXTest.java again. added junit 4 support with simple template in the jde-junit4-test-class-buffer and jde-junit4-test-class functions.

you need to regenerate autoload after applying patch.
