Video thumbnails are now supported with the help of libffmpegthumbnailer.

There's still room for improvements though.

embedded mp3 thumbnails are already supported.

do you have a device that also supports video thumbs? if yes I'd be
interested to know which device it is and how it is getting the thumbs
(i.e. - did you find a server which provides video thumbnails that work
with your device?)
