Xournal

I thought it would be nice if someone could adjust the scrollbar to the
left side so that left handed people can scroll without having the arm
covering the whole Screen. The patch adds an option to xournal with which
the orientation of the scrollbar can be adjustet during runtime. The option
is saved into the config file so that xournal remembers.
I hope this helps some left-handed people.
