9 loading multiple realizations - ID: 1661904

With the new object loading filter which allows for inactive cells, when a data file contains more than 1 realization (that always happens with gslib data file), the realizations beyond the first realization cannot be loaded properly: the new filter keeps requesting for the gslib file head (the description line, the number of variables and the all the potential variables).

In such situation, starting from the second realization, the file should skip the file head scanning and read the data directly.

Now supports multiple realizations of a grid with inactive cells. Mask
column will have to be repeated for all realizations and the software only
read the mask from the first realization.
