5 1.0beta3b won't compile with xemacs 21.5.18 - ID: 1242622

When I try and compile with xemacs 21.5.18 I get an error
"Stack overflow: Stack overflow in regexp matcher". If I
remove wisent-java.wy out of the build, then it builds just
fine.

I now see there is a newer release 1.0pre3. This error does not
appear to exist in that build.
