5 Support command history in HPI_SHELL - ID: 1165688

For those who are not familiar with the commands set of
HPI_SHELL, the command history is a good
convinenince. By pressing Up Arrow and Down Arrow,
we can get the lastest commands we ever input as is
the case in Linux Shell or Windows Console.

We can not do that since this will require linking to
libreadline which will contaminate the licensing of hpi_shell
