5 Add Filter Encoding Functions MAX & MIN - ID: 1154924

In order to make possible the use of WFS &WMS in
dinamic Style design to render layers applications need
known upper and lower limits os feature attribute to
enable regular, logaritmic, etc.. intervals definition.

This operations are possible If both functions (MAX &
MIN) exists.

This is fixed in 1.3.0-RC1, there are actually a whole host
of filter encoding functions. In the future please make use
of our JIRA task tracker at:
http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/BrowseProject.jspa?id=10311
