5 XSL TCG: Remove passivetex info - ID: 1069157

I think that the "Installing PassiveTeX" and "Using
PassiveTeX" chapters should be removed from the guide.

Users have reported that v1.61.3 is that latest version
of the stylesheets distro that works with Passivetex.

And I have filed a feature request suggesting that we
officially de-support Passivetex.

I came to the same conclusion and have already eliminated
the detailed how-to's from the guide. The third edition is
under active development, so any more suggestions are
welcome.
