VERY IMPORTANT, READ THIS!
Go through these steps before you submit a bug report:
- Check against the online example on the TinyMCE webpage.
- Check so that it isn't a configuration issue, look through the documentation.
- Check against other bug reports, if you find one, fill in information by commenting on it.
- Search the TinyMCE forum for someone who perhaps have had a similar problem.
When you have identified this as a bug, gather the following information.
- Browser and platform information, test in different browsers on your part as well, and report all issues.
- What version of TinyMCE you are testing on, and any changes you might have done.
- Other Javascript on the page you are testing on, some scripts can cause TinyMCE to behave strange.
- Steps to reproduce, make a simple list we can follow in order to reproduce the issue.
- Provide example code or a screenshot of the problem, attach them to your bug report, or make a link to it.
- If you get JS errors, switch from using tiny_mce.js to tiny_mce_src.js to get exact line number of error.
- Possible ideas for fixes, how it should work and why.
We would also advice you to be alert and check back to the bug you posted every once in a while, we might have questions for you.
