  ZDT is a wonderful tool for leearning chinese characters. It allows you to chose words from a dictionary to create 'categories' of characters you are learning , for example, the vocabulary from a Mandarin class.It then will make flashcards, play sound and do stroke animation for the characters in your category.I have been using this every day for the past year.
