The program has migrated to a new homepage at BerliOS (http://yepos.berlios.de/en). the reason was a contratiction in the terms of use of sourceforge.net. One the one hand, the program should be distributed under conditions approved by OSI, which say: (http://www.opensource.org/docs/osd) The license must not discriminate against any person or group of persons. On the other hand, in http://apps.sourceforge.net/trac/sitelegal/wiki/Terms%20of%20Use we can read: Users residing in countries ... including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria, may not post or access Content available through SourceForge.net. That is the site adds restrcitions that it does not permit the authors to impose; restrictions which I consider to be most unjust. because no matter what the country is, who mortal shall dare to condemn all her citizens? So, the project moved to a site that does not require the unjust.

yepos in domum novam apud BerliOS iit (http://yepos.berlios.de). causa erit contradictio conditionum sourceforge.net. In primo, programma distribuendum est sub conditionibus approbatis ab OSI, qui dicunt: (http://www.opensource.org/docs/osd) The license must not discriminate against any person or group of persons (licensio discriminare contra ullam personam aut coniunctionem personarum non debet). In secundo, http://apps.sourceforge.net/trac/sitelegal/wiki/Terms%20of%20Use legimus: Users residing in countries ... including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria, may not post or access Content available through SourceForge.net. id est "homines viventes in civitatibus ... eo numero Cuba, Iran, Korea Borealis, Sudan, Syria data per Sourceforge.net nec exponuntor nec sumuntor" Eo ipso, situs limites apponat quos auctorem ponere non sinit, limitesque quos inustissimos esse puto. nam quaequae civitas sit, qui mortalis audeat _omnes_ cives eius damnare? Itaque, programma in situs iit non postulantem iniustiora.
Some nights ago the first release of the package come. Any notes on the program would be appreciated. you can send them to the developer's e-mail address.
