Its a simple command line utility to randomly change the desktop wallpaper. A settings file holds file and directories to choose the file from. Currently, it only runs on windows, though it has been written portability in mind.

There is a very nice abstraction layer in the files for OS specific stuff. It would be nice if someone adds linux (KDE or GNOME) support. Other ideas to improve it are: 1. add sequential image (as opposed to just random) 2. add a timed service to change the wallpaper every so often. 3. add feature to run in the system tray. this would make the application no longer be a console app, so this would be a pain. maybe you could use wxwindows or whatever. 4. and of course, someone could add a GUI too, but I don't really think its neccessary...maybe one to just generate the cfg file. right now, I'm not actively developing this...the working world calls. When I have more time, maybe I'll come back to this.
