This is an EXCELLENT visual difference tool. I especially like that it shows what has changed on the line, not just which lines have changed.

cool difference tool, but i'm missing a pdf documentation. it would be also cool if i can diff a local directory and a directory on a network share

unfortunetaly it doesn work with unicode files
