Hello
The man.xpc file like all *.xpc links are non-existent virtual uris that interace with PHPortal.
Using the provided .htaccess file and mod_rewrite all .xpc links are sent to the index.php file for processing.
To call man.xpc simply point your browser to yourdomain.com/man.xpc
Make sure you have .htaccess access and mod_rewrite on your apache installation.
