The purpose of the omxmltextdeclaration library is to determine the text encoding of an input, and dynamically insert a filter, which allows the processing program to assume UTF-8 input, regardless of the actual input encoding.
The library consists of a single module, called omxmltextdeclaration.xmd, and requires OmniMark version 10.0.0 or newer.
The tests in the tests directory can be run by issuing the following command:
./run-tests.sh
