As of the latest SuperWaba release the xmlrpc4sw project is deprecated. It is only useful for the server examples. The client portion of xmlrpc4sw has been absorbed into the SuperWaba project. If all you want is xml-rpc client functionality in your application, please use class superwaba.ext.xplat.webservice.XmlRpcClient. Visit http://www.superwaba.com.br for SDK downloads.
** November 2004 v0.3 ** Fixed bug caught by Chris Davies in SimpleHttpClient.java so that readBytes method calls check for a return of 1. ** June 2004 v0.3 ** Fixed bug in fault handling of XmlRpcClient.execute ** April 2004 v0.3 ** Package maintenance turned over to Nimkathana (http://www.nimkathana.com) 0. Updated SimpleHttpClient: + Moved header writing to writeRequestHeader method + Collapsed calls to BufferStream.writeBytes in execute method to a single call + Changed readLine() to readHeader() and streamlined code, introduced new readLine() method. This ensures that large responses will not end up throwing a "Header too long" exception. + Corrected format of request headers so they comply not just with Java servers but also C# and Python servers (probably others too, but C# and Python are tested) 1. Removed ServerInputStream.java from xmlrpc package (was previously unused) 2. Removed Stack.java from util package (easily replaced with a Vector) 3. Removed the servlet package (because xmlrpc4sw should work with non-Java servers as well as Java servers) 4. Javadoc'd SwxBoolean.java, SwxFloat.java, SwxInteger.java, SimpleHttpClient.java, Blowfish.java, & XmlRpcValue.java 5. Renamed packages to reflect new package maintainers 6. LGPL'd previously unlicensed code 7. Undeprecated XmlRpcClient.java so that it uses the newer superwaba.ext.xplat.xml package 8. Undeprecated SecureXmlRpcClient.java so that it does not call the elementAt() method of waba.util.Vector 9. Moved project to sourceforge (http://xmlrpc4sw.sourceforge.net) ** ? 2003 v0.2 ** Support for encryption and bug fixes ** March 2003 v0.1 ** Initial release by IOP GmbH (http://www.iop.de)
